Payment & Refunds:

For all design projects to begin your initial deposit must be paid as outlined in your quote or contract. Once project has been started your initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. This is not negotiable. If you decide to change the specs of your project I am not responsible for revising it again for free. Additional design time and labor will also be revised and added onto the bill. Once a project has been designed in full according to the agreed upon project, no refunds are given after design has been approved.

* Fees are due & payable on the following schedule: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion.

Payment in FULL is due before final project is delivered.

RushFees:

Any job that requires being pushed ahead of regularly scheduled jobs for emergency purposes or unexpected deadlines will have an automatic rush fee of 20% added on top of your quoted price.

Termination:

Either party may terminate design contract upon giving written notice to the other. Upon termination Skyfall Media may retain any initial deposit/payments & the client shall pay for all hours expended on the project, up to the date of termination, at Skyfall Media standard rates together with all other amounts due hereunder.

Timelines:

Once your deposit has been made based on the quote or contract you received I will provide you with an estimated turnaround time. For websites this turnaround time is from the date I have ALL CONTENT FROM YOU. This includes any pics you would like included, content text, logos, etc. Without content from you, the design job can not be fully understood or designed out.

If you decide to take a break from the project without informing Skyfall Media then reappear a month or so later, your project will be rescheduled after all current in progress work in completed. You will also then need to pay the entire project fee upfront and within 5 business days of resuming the project again. I will do my best to work you back into the schedule as time permits but please be courteous and notify me of unexpected events as they come up. Clients that disappear longer than 2 months, the project will be cancelled and no refund given.

Ownership:

All design work, specifications, & other visual presentation materials remain the property of Skyfall Media to show in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of Skyfall Media. All preliminary concepts produced by Skyfall Media remain the property of Skyfall Media & may not be used by the client without the written permission of Skyfall Media.

ArtworkApproval:

The client shall proofread & approve all final content before production or live public viewing of the project. The email verification of the client shall be conclusive as to the approval of all design related work. Skyfall Media will to the best of our knowledge proof and review the content provided but we do not offer proofreading, editing or copy writing services. NO refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print. NO refunds or revisions are given after a final mockup design is approved for website projects.

Credit:

Skyfall Media shall have the right to include a credit line with live link to Skyfall Media website on any website developed by Skyfall Media at the very bottom of each page or in any publication of the design by the client. The client shall not, without written approval, use Skyfall Media or the designer’s name for promotional or any other purposes with respect to these designs.
Liability of Skyfall Media:

Skyfall Media shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard original or other materials provided by the client. Skyfall Media shall, however, not be liable for any damage to, or loss of any material provided by the client, including artwork, photographs, or manuscripts, other than or on account of willful neglect or gross negligence of Skyfall Media.
